How to book appointments with Green Road
Patients are seen by appointment, and these can be made by calling the Surgery phone number.
Patients are asked to phone the surgery on 028 9147 4900 at 8.30am to arrange an urgent care appointment and from 9:00am for a routine appointment. As calls are limited you may need to call again.
Patients are asked not ring in the afternoon unless you feel a matter is urgent
Out of hours doctor
If medical help is needed at night, over weekend or during Bank Holidays ‘out of hours’ medical services are provided by North Down and Ards Doctors on Call (co-operative). Call 028 9182 2344.
You can book your appointment by calling 028 9147 4900 from Monday - Friday from 8.30am for Urgent Care and 9.00 for Routine Care.
Book your appointment in person by calling into the surgery and speaking with our receptionist.
Home Visits
Usually it is best that patients are seen at the surgery where the appropriate facilities are available. If a patient is unable to attend because of the severity of the illness or disabilty, please contact reception to arrange a home visit.
Receptionists cannot decide on home visits – only the doctor. If this is an URGENT home visit please advise the receptionist of this.
